We are glad you stopped by! Looking for a place to fit in? We just might be it! We are fun, friendly, goal oriented and mature so take a look and feel free to apply. We are raiding Naxx, OS and are into all the 10/25 man content. We are friendly and helpful, you need it we got it!

And Two Stealth Rogues is a brand new raiding guild on Blackhand  with highly expierienced players. We are a mature guild with many different types of people from all over the continent and world. We have many couples and real-life friends playing together. We are always on the look out for good players, with good attitudes towards others and learning new encounters. We are currently blazing through end-game progression, quickly emerging as a force to be reckoned with on the server!

We also enjoy to PvP with a pre-made and have guild arena teams!

New to the game? NO PROBLEM! Guild management has been playing for OVER 3 years!

~~**IMPORTANT**~~ We have some basic by-laws for a happy community.

1. We want to encourage you to be expressive but at the same time we are not interested in your opinion being forced down another's throat. We value opinions but do not appreciate a know it all attitude.

2. We also ask that you not expect anything. We do our best to help those that help themselves and as management are limited in our abilities. (IE: yes we understand you need heroics but at the moment we are schedualed to help so and so today so as soon as possible we will be available to help you out.)

3. Please be encouraged to ask for help but have patience as there are others who need our attention as officers too.

4. We ask that there be no down or negative talk to one another. (IE: Oh man your just dumb! OR I just suck.)

5. Remember that we all have our own toons and sometimes getting groups can be hard, there are times we all need to be self sufficent.

6. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHEN A RAID IS!! They are always schedualed in advance and up on the in game calender in the beggining of the month/week so make SURE to check daily.

7. If you want to go on a raid SIGN UP, DO NOT assume you get an invite. Raids will be cancelled if not enough are signed up and approved to go. IF YOU ARE NOT ON BY INVITES (30min. prior to a raid) AND HAVE NOT LEFT A NOTE AS TO WHY WE WILL REPLACE YOU 10 MIN. BEFORE WE BEGIN. Raid will last aprox 4-6hrs so be prepared to attend the entire time. All raids are Server Time.

8. You will be treated as though you know and have read this already.

Some things you may like to know:

We presently raid (All raids are Server Time.): To be determined 

Being able to hear Ventrilo is required. (You dont need a mic, just speakers.) If you need help with that LET US KNOW!

Generally, loot is distributed by a roll system for 10/25 mans only. We have checks and balances worked into the system to keep drama out of the raids and the guild.

We have several ranks of members, which are as follows:

Nublet - Not a good place to be at, one step from the door.

Initiate  - self explanatory(may be allowed to raid) Ususally a 2-3 week period until you can be promoted.

Member  - A full member of The Deadly Crusaders. Can go on raids, accrues DKP, can spend DKP on items. This is pretty indefinate unless you are attending 75% of raids as well as being on time and having ALL requirements for raiding. Then you will be promoted to the next rank.

Veteran  - A full member of The Deadly Crusaders. Has some additional benefits as well as committments compared to members. Invite priority, more eligable to move up in rank.

Raid Leader  - Is responsible for ALL aspects of the raid.

Class Leader  - Responsible for evaluating recruits and advises Officers of promotions in rank. Also making certain that players are raid ready. (Officers will promote from initiate and up in all circumstances based on your class leaders recomendations.)

Officer  - Anything Else as well as also being responsible for evaluating recruits, intiates and promotions in rank. Officers are the ones responsible for balancing things between the different ranks.
